Each theme page lists the WordPress version it has been tested with under “Compatibility”. We test themes against new major WordPress releases and publish updates in the changelog.
Can I use one theme on multiple websites?
That depends on the licence you choose. A single-site licence covers one website; multi-site licences are listed on each theme page and on the Licensing page.
Do your themes support WooCommerce?
Themes marked “WooCommerce ready” include styled shop, product, cart and checkout pages. Check the Compatibility table on each theme page.
Will I receive future theme updates?
Yes, for the update period included with your licence. Updates are available from My Account → Downloads. See the Licensing page for the exact period.
How do I install a purchased theme?
Download the .zip from My Account → Downloads, then go to Appearance → Themes → Add New Theme → Upload Theme in WordPress. Our step-by-step tutorial walks through it.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes. Support is available through the Support page for the period included with your licence.
Can I customise fonts, colours and layouts?
Yes. Colours, typography and layouts can be changed from Appearance → Customize and the block editor, without writing code.
Do you provide theme documentation?
Yes. Every theme has documentation in our Documentation centre, plus tutorials in the Learning Center.
